Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 9, 2026 · Last updated: May 9, 2026
SOL Pro is built for real estate professionals. We handle sensitive transaction data on your behalf, and we take that responsibility seriously. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how it's protected.

1. Who We Are

SOL Pro ("SOL," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered transaction coordination platform for real estate agents, operated by SOL Technologies LLC. Our registered address and contact information are listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Information We Collect

Account information — your name, email address, brokerage, and license state when you create an account.

Transaction data — property addresses, party names, prices, dates, milestones, and notes you enter or that are extracted from documents you upload.

Email content — when you forward or CC sol@solpro.app on transaction emails, we store the subject, body, and attachments of those emails solely to build your transaction library and power SOL's AI responses. We only store emails you explicitly send to us.

Uploaded documents — purchase agreements, addendums, inspection reports, and other PDFs you upload for contract parsing or compliance. These are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and performance monitoring.

Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. SOL Pro never stores your credit card number or bank details.

3. Google Account Access (Gmail)

SOL Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your Gmail account, SOL Pro requests read-only access to your Gmail inbox (gmail.readonly scope) solely to identify real estate transaction emails and import relevant deal information into your pipeline.

We use this access only to:

  • Identify emails related to active real estate transactions
  • Extract property addresses, key dates, and party names from those emails
  • Attach matched emails to the correct transaction in your library

We do not use Gmail access to:

  • Read, store, or analyze emails unrelated to real estate transactions
  • Send emails on your behalf
  • Share your email content with third parties for advertising or any purpose other than operating the service
  • Train AI models on your email data

You can revoke Gmail access at any time from SOL Pro Settings → Integrations, or directly from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access does not delete previously imported transaction data.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the SOL Pro platform
  • To power AI features — transaction coordination, morning briefs, compliance flagging, and SOL Chat responses
  • To send transactional emails (reminders, notifications, compliance alerts) you have enabled
  • To provide customer support
  • To detect and prevent fraud or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information or transaction data to any third party. We do not use your data to train AI models beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

5. AI Processing

SOL Pro uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process email content, extract transaction data, and generate responses. Data sent to Claude for processing is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train their models.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS (US East region). We use row-level security to ensure each user can only access their own data. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.

Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not retain email content longer than necessary to operate your transaction library.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following categories of service providers, who are contractually bound to protect it:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Anthropic — AI processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — Gmail integration (when you connect your account)

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent imminent harm.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and transaction data are deleted within 30 days. Email content stored in your transaction library is deleted with your account. Billing records are retained as required by law.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do this from Settings → Privacy in the SOL Pro dashboard, or by contacting us at privacy@solpro.app. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR — contact us for a data subject request form.

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

SOL Pro is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@solpro.app.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
